Shawna Austin

Hi, I’m Shawna Austin, Office Manager at Raulerson Insurance Group with 10+ years of hands‑on insurance experience and a Florida licensed 2‑20 agent.  I started my career at Farm Bureau Insurance before spending eight years at AMWINS, a national insurance brokerage.  I worked my way up from Technical Assistant to Associate Broker; where I managed a busy commercial book of business filled with quoting,  underwriting, binding, and taking care of my agency customers.

I’m a Jacksonville native through and through — raised on the Southside and proud to call this city home. When I’m not helping clients feel protected and confident, I’m juggling life as a mom, spoiling my fur babies, and enjoying everything that makes our community special.
